Kazimiera A. Herchold, 84, Glendale, Arizona, passed away April 10, 2004. 

Visitation: Thursday, April 15, 2004, at Our Lady of Czestochowa, 6530 N. 7th St., Phoenix, AZ. Mass of Christian Burial Thursday, April 15th, at Our Lady of Czestochowa. 

Burial will be in Doylestown, PA. In lieu of flowers, To Polish Childrens Heartline, Inc. P.O. Box 612, Bricktown, New Jersey 08723. Heritage Funeral Chapel.
