PERILLO, Helen D.

Helen D. Perillo, 86, of Scottsdale, AZ, passed away April 9, 2004. 

Born in Brooklyn, NY, she came to Arizona 19 years ago from New York. 

Helen was a parishioner at St. Patrick's Catholic Church. 

Her husband Edward Perillo Sr., daughter Linda Perillo and son Edward Perillo Jr. preceded her in death. She is survived by three grandchildren, James Perillo, Jennifer Perillo and Dawn Seden and eight great grandchildren. 

Cryptside service Friday, April 16, 2004 at St. Francis Cemetery, 5005 E. Oak St., Phoenix, AZ. Memorial contributions to Hospice of the Valley, 1510 E. Flower St., Phoenix, AZ 85014. Arrangements by Messinger Indian School Mortuary, Scottsdale, AZ.
