Helen A. Siggins, 91, of Phoenix, AZ passed away on April 9, 2004. She was born December 22, 1912 in Orange, N.J. She moved to Phoenix in 1973 from Florida. She was a homemaker. She was a member of Our Lady of Lourdes, Sun City West. She was preceded in death by her husband Leon, and by one daughter, Helen L. Schmidt. Survivors include her son, William P. Siggins; daughters, Nancy L. Siggins and JoAnn Siggins; brother Peter Kulsziski, 14 grandchildren, 25 great grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren. Visitation Tuesday at Camino del Sol Funeral Chapel, 13738 Camino del Sol, Sun City West, AZ. Services Wednesday at Camino del Sol Funeral Chapel. Burial at National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona. Memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimers Association, 1028 E. McDowell, Phoenix, AZ 85375. Published in the Arizona Republic on 4/13/2004.
