Nancy Ann Strzelecki (Riley), 66, of Phoenix, Arizona, passed away on April 8, 2004 and went into the Lords arms. Nancy was born in South Bend, Indiana on November 30, 1937. Nancy was a loving Mother, Grandmother and Great Grandmother. She moved to Phoenix in 1982 to be near her children. She devoted her life to making sure her children were well taken care of and happy. She will be remembered as a very strong, caring person and will be missed by all. She loved to play Bingo, avid card player and loved to play euchre with anyone who would try their luck against her. She is survived by her two sisters Shirley Sellers of South Bend, Indiana and Phyllis (Cookie) Fielder of Mishawaka, Indiana. She is also survived by her eight children Debbie Avenmarg, Jackie Nickerson, Donna Jean O'Brien, Donald, Bill, John, Robert and Rick Proctor, 25 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren all of Phoenix, Arizona. Visitation at Best Funeral Home 9380 W. Peoria Avenue Wednesday April 14, 2004. Funeral service immediately followed by a Graveside service at Resthaven Park Cemetery, 6290 W. Northern Ave., Glendale, AZ. Published in the Arizona Republic on 4/13/2004.
