Greer’s Mortuary of Winslow, Winslow, Arizona Edward "Eddie" Geer, Jr. January 26, 2013 Holy Rosary for Edward "Eddie" Geer, Jr, 46, will be held Friday, Feb. 1, 2013 at St. Joseph's Catholic Church, Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 AM. Celebrant Father Jeffrey King. Eddie was born March 3, 1966 to Lolie and Ed Geer in Winslow, AZ, where he lived most of his life. He graduated from Winslow High in 1984. One of his first jobs was in construction, where he built bridges all over AZ. Eventually he got a job as a car salesman. He swore he was the best car salesman around. Soon he got his dream job with the BNSF Railroad, working as a track supervisor. Everyone knew him at work and around town, he had one of those infectious personalities. His favorite hobbies were hunting, fishing and camping. Anything that involved the outdoors was good with him. He would load up all the kids and anyone who wanted to go and we would all head out. As long as he had his family, he was happy, it didn't matter what was going on. He loved his family with all his heart. He is survived by his father Edward Geer, Sr., his children, Stephanie, Linda, Edward III and Letty. Brothers and sisters Linda Barron, Carl Geer and Charlene Lomeli; grandchildren, Aubree and Addyson Preceded in death by his mother, Lolie, his grandfather Joe Guterrez and cousin Danny Lucero.
