Rose Marie Brown, 83, died February 3, 2013 at home in Prescott with her family surrounding her with love. She was born July 14, 1929 to Ruben & Mary (Patching) Morris.
She is survived by her husband Joe.

Rose Marie Brown, 83, wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, registered nurse and nursing professor, passed away on Feb. 3, 2013.
A celebration of the life of Rose Brown will be at 11 a.m. March 2, 2013, in Chino Valley. Contact Linda Hatch for directions.
Rose is survived by her husband Joseph T. Brown of Prescott; sister Jean Warnica of Colorado; three daughters of Arizona, Linda Hatch, Sharon Fischer (Gregory) and Nicole Arias; son Bret Hatch of California; son Tracy Brown (Janice) of Idaho; daughter Vicki Brown of Ohio; and Kelly Augustine (Michael) of Washington State. She is also survived by grandchildren Sarah Marshall (Corey) of Arizona, Joseph Reese, Zachary Reese, Jordan Brown, Danielle Wyble, Jolene Brown and Cindy Lambertsen; many great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her parents Ruben and Mary Morris and sister Dorothy.
Rose was the first married woman accepted into the Orange Coast College/Goldenwest College Nursing program and enjoyed sharing the lives of
her family members. She will be greatly missed.
