EDWARDS, Louise M.

Louise M. Edwards, "Grandma", passed away April 10, 2004 in Scottsdale, Arizona. She was born August 25, 1910 in Virginia. She helped manage the College Inn, which was near Mount Union College, "Home of the Purple Raiders", in Alliance, Ohio. She was loved and missed by her customers and friends when she decided to move to Scottsdale, Arizona in 1963 to be with her daughter and grandchildren. Louise was committed to her family and will be sorely missed by her grandchildren, Carole Christakis-Rayes (Nick), John Christakis (Cynthia) and great-grandchildren, Jacqueline Christakis, Alexander Christakis, Amanda Smith, Jerry Smith, Taylor Fimbrez and Nick Fimbrez. Visitation Thursday, April 15th, at Whitney & Murphy Arcadia Funeral Home, 4800 E. Indian School Rd. Funeral Service Friday, April 16th, at Whitney & Murphy Arcadia Funeral Home with interment to follow at Greenwood Memory Lawn Cemetery Published in the Arizona Republic on 4/14/2004.
