She is survived by her parents, Harvey and Carrie Cunningham of Buckeye; one sister, Alexis; one brother, Brandon; four grandparents, Tom and Paula Amator of Tolleson and Bart and Theresa Freeman of Pennsylvania; and two great-grandparents, Glen and Bonnie Amator of Goodyear.
