COSAY, Carol Mae

Silver Creek Mortuary, Taylor, Arizona Carol Mae Cosay (March 12, 1969 - January 31, 2013) Carol Mae Cosay, 43, went home to be with the Lord January 31, 2013. She was born in Whiteriver, Arizona to parents Christian Altaha and Sippi Nastivar. Carol served in the United States Army. She leaves behind her companion Jimmie Cohoe; her children Byron Altaha, Karina Cosay, Amber Cosay, Gail Cosay, and Lucas Cosay; brothers Johnathan Nastivar, Crispin Marty Altaha, and Chris Altaha; sisters Christine Hawkins, Colleen Altaha, Frances Altaha, and Kathleen Altaha; uncles Hansen Nastivar and Lafe Altaha, and aunts Louella Massey, Shirley Altaha, Rosemary Pinal, Virginia Burnette, and Merle Pusher. Carol was preceded in death by her daughters Baby Angel Johnson and Rochelle Johnson; her mother Sippi Johnson, father Christian Altaha; brother Chris Duane Altaha; sister Sharon Wendy Altaha, and grandson Trovante Altaha. A wake was held in her honor in Rainbow City, on February 5, 2013. A funeral was held at the Canyon Day Assembly of God Church in Whiteriver, Arizona, February 6, 2013. Interment took place at the Solid Rock Cemetery in Seven-Mile, Arizona, after the funeral services. She will be greatly missed by her friends, family, and all of those who had the chance to know her.
