West Valley View, Avondale, Arizona, Friday, February 08, 2013 Christopher S. Adams, 41, of Wittmann and formerly of Avondale died Jan. 28, 2013. Mr. Adams was born April 3, 1971, in St. Louis. He is survived by his wife, Kelly; one daughter, Montine Haynes; his parents, Gary and Sandra Clark; and one sister, Kelly Clark.
