Bonnie Fay McCall Elmore, 61, died Monday, Feb. 4, 2013, at her home in Globe. She was born June 18, 1951, in Springerville, the daughter of James Plez McCall and Lola Fay Hensley McCall Claycomb.
Bonnie was a school teacher, a beautiful seamstress and quilter. She was a collector of many things and a wonderful mother and loved her grandchildren dearly. She loved treasure hunting and Indian ruins. She loved teaching school and her students.
Bonnie is survived by her husband, Dave Elmore; sons: Clinton (Heather) Doyle, Mathew (Christina) Doyle, Jacob (Jessica) Doyle, Joshua (Tasha) Doyle, Ivan (Amanda) Doyle, Eli Doyle; daughters: Anginette Doyle, Mattie (Kyle) Lynch; stepsons: Ace (Stormi) Elmore, Dallas (Jessica) Elmore, mother, Fay Claycomb; brothers: Jack McCall, Hugh McCall; sister Frankie Peterson and 16 grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her father.
A viewing will be held from 6-8 p.m. Friday, Feb. 8, at Burnham Mortuary, Eagar. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 9, at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Eagar Stake Center. Interment will follow services at the Eagar Cemetery.
