The Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona Wednesday, December 1, 1971 Fred Van Houten Fred Van Houten, a long-time resident of Prescott, Ariz., suffered a heart attack and died Oct. 31, 1971, while visiting with relatives in Miner's Bay, Canada. Mr. Van Houten was an active member of the Free Methodist Churc. He is survived by his wife, Lydia, of Prescott, one daugher and granddaughter of Cincinnati, Ohio. Funeral arrangements are pending at the John Hodappi and Son's Funeral Home, 7401 Vine St., Cincinnati, Ohio.
