Ms. Herzog Wefer was born Feb. 28, 1937, in Troy, N.Y., to Charles Chester and Helen Herzog. She grew up in Orwell, Vt., and graduated from Brandon High School and Albany Business College. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jim Wefer. She is survived by one brother, Bill Herzog; one son, Mark Jordan; two daughters, Nancy Beldock and Emily Jordan; six grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and her first husband, Walter Jordan.
