She married Russ Taylor May 14, 1987 in Canby, Ore. Ann was involved in many civic groups. She and Russ operated a new and used book store in Parker and Quartzsite; and operated Parker Trailer Park for the last five years. She was involved in 12-Step Programs in Colorado, Oregon and Parker. She was passionate about working with women in the programs. Ann was an avid reader and most recently enjoyed listening to books on CD. She is survived by her beloved daughter Michelle Burns; stepdaughters, Carla, Penny and Linda; stepson, Ralph; nine grandchildren; several great-grandchildren and brothers, Bill Buie and Tom Buie. Ann leaves behind a large number of friends and family who deeply thank the ICU staff and doctors at La Paz Regional Hospital for the great care Ann received.
