Virginia Loretta Powers passed away Jan. 28, 2013 in Lake Havasu City, at the age of 87. Virginia was born July 31, 1925 in New York, N.Y. to Madeline Merry and John.

Virginia worked as a manager in a restaurant until her retirement. Virginia was a Catholic and has made Arizona her home for the last 14 years.

Virginia is survived by her son, James Powers, of Utah; daughter, Madeline Paugh (Buddy), of Arizona; two grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

Memorial Services will take place at Lietz-Fraze Chapel, Feb. 16 at 11 a.m. with Father Chauncey as the officiant.
