DENHAM, Vanessa Rea

The Verde Independent, Cottonwood, Arizona, Saturday, February 16, 2013 Vanessa Rea Denham, 52, of Rimrock, passed away February 12, 2013. She was born July 15, 1960 in Oroville, California to the late Don and Lajuana (Journey) Hart. Vanessa loved the theatrical arts and directed many plays. While attending Ricks College in Rexburg, Idaho she studied dance. Vanessa helped many people across the world with her knowledge of the healing arts. She had a love for all animals; especially horses. Vanessa and her husband Rick were married in the Oakland, California Temple of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints September 11, 1998. She is survived by her husband of 14 years, Rick Denham; and her uncle, Ray Journey. Memorial services were held 10 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 16 at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints- Camp Verde Chapel, 360 S. 5th St., Camp Verde, AZ. Interment will take place at Middle Verde Cemetery. Bueler Funeral Home assisted the family. Information provided by survivors.
