Copper Basin News Hayden, Az. 20 Feb. 2013 Felix B. Ramirez: 80 of Winkelman, passed away Wednesday, Feb. 13, 2013 in Globe. He was born July 17, 1932 to Felix F. and Romula Ramirez in Hayden, Arizona Felix worked as a machinist for ASARCO for 43 years. He served our country bravely in the US NAVY during the Korean conflict. Felix is survived by his wife, Lucia Ramirez of 52 years; son, Felix (Lisa) Ramirez of Glendale, AZ; daughters, Patricia Baker of Winkelman and Lorraine (Doyle) Hise of Winkelman; brother, Frank (Angelina) Ramirez of Winkelman; sisters, Rita Morales of and Romula (Socorro) Placencia, both of Winkelman; and seven grandchildren. Mr. Ramirez was preceded in death by his daughter, Mary R. Treviso; brothers, Ramon Ramirez and Carlos Ramirez; and sisters, Margaret Bilducia and Mikaela Granillo. Felix was a loving father and grandfather. Services were held on Saturday, Feb. 16, 2013, at St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Hayden with visitation at 9 a.m., Rosary at 10 a.m. and the Mass of Christian Burial celebrated at 11 a.m. Interment followed at the Mountain View Cemetery in Hayden.
