Earl Fredrick “Fred” Williams passed away Feb. 8. He was born Sept. 19, 1965.

He is survived by his wife Candy K. Williams; sons Doc Burke Williams and Dalton Andrew Williams; brothers Doby B. Williams and Charles J. Williams; sister Marie E. Williams Pratt; father and mother Roy B. and Carrol A. Williams; and numerous other kinfolks. Fred is a Christian and a good husband and father. He will be missed.
 
A celebration of Fred’s life will be held from 1 to 5 p.m. Friday (Feb. 22) at the Irish Cultural Center in Phoenix, 1106 N. Central Ave.
