The Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona July 4, 2001 Jeannie J. Drentlaw Jeannie J. Drentlaw, 72, of Humboldt, died Tuesday, June 19, 2001 in Humboldt. She was born Dec. 26, 1928, in Cando, N.D., to Price and Margaret (Johnston) Gaast. Mrs. Drentlaw married Duane Drentlaw in Nov. 21, 1947, in Cando, N.D. She moved to Prescott in 1971 from North Dakota, and to Humboldt last year. She owned and operated a catering service in Prescott for many years. She was a member of Mingus View Presbyterian Church in Prescott Valley, and was active in the foster parent program for many years. Mrs. Drentlaw enjoyed painting and cooking. Surviving are her husband: daughters, Suzanne Hellman of Humboldt and Sally Dulkinys of Prescott Valley; sons, Donald of Chino Valley, Michael of Mayer and Jon of Yucca Valley, Calif.; sister, Phyllis Johnson of Minot, N.D.; brothers, Franklin Gaast of Camous, Wash., and Armour Gaast of Cando. N.D.; and 17 granchildren. Memorial services will be at 2p.m. Saturday at Mingus View Presbyterian Church, Prescott Valley, with Pastor Rick Kargard officiating. Inurnment will be in the Mayer Cemetery in Mayer. The family suggest memorial contributions to Yavapai Fegional Medical Center Hospice, P.O. Box 26565, Prescott Valley, AZ 86312. Sunrise Funeral Home and Crematory helped the family with arrangements.
