KAPILA, Valerie Margaret

Valerie Margaret Kapila, beloved wife, adored mother, and loving friend, found peace after a long struggle with breast cancer, which she battled with dignity and courage. Valerie was the light of our lives, and she continues to shine in our hearts and in our minds. She will be dearly missed by: her husband, Ash; her girls Tina, Anita, Tania, Lisa, Michelle, Haley and Sasha; and her boys Timothy, Jason, Keith, Sam, Samuel, Shepp, Rusty and Toby. We were lucky to have known her, and blessed to have been loved by her. Visitation was Thursday at Kerr Brothers Funeral Home on Harrodsburg Rd., followed by a service at St. Michael's Episcopal Church.
