KATZ, Jerome

Jerome Katz, 86, passed on April 13, 2004. 

He is survived by his wife Evelyn and children Glen Katz & Larry (Janice) Katz. Also 2 grandchildren Dana & Megan. 

Graveside service was April 15, 2004, at Green Acres Cemetery, 401 N. Hayden Rd., Scottsdale.
