David’s Desert Chapel Funeral Home, Wickenburg, Arizona Barbara (Hoover) Babcock Fleming, 84, of Prescott Arizona, a former El Dorado Springs resident, passed away February 14, 2013. She was born January 17, 1929 in Globe, AZ to Dorothy and Earl Hoover. She is survived by her son David (Corinna) Babcock of Prescott, AZ, grandson Ian Babcock of Dallas, TX, and brother Alan (Jody) Hoover of Nevada. The body has been cremated and no services have been announced.
