STRUVE, Robert Allen

Today's News-Herald, Lake Havasu City, AZ - Posted: Sunday, February 24, 2013 - Robert Allen Struve passed away at his residence with his loving family by his side Feb. 20, 2013 in Lake Havasu City, at the age of 63. Robert was born April 1, 1949, in Moline, Ill., to Donald and Darlene (McGinnis) Struve. Robert enlisted in the United State Marie Corps in 1968, receiving several medals and being Honorably Discharged in 1974. Robert belonged to the VFW and London Bridge Dart Association. Robert is survived by his wife of 11 years, Paula Struve of Lake Havasu City; sons, Michael (Stephanie) Struve of Rock Island, Ill., Steven (Robin) Struve of Davenport, Iowa, and Adam (Heather) Struve of Molina, Ill.; daughters, Becki (Mike) Murphy of Quincy, Ill., and Kim (Lee) Ralston of Lake Havasu City; mother, Darlene Struve of Lake Havasu City; brother, Tom Struve of Lake Havasu City; sister, Connie (Jim) Johnson of Orion, Ill., and six grandchildren, Allen and Eddie Murphy, Myles Struve, Ronni Ralston, Marissa Treimer and Bryson Struve. He is preceded in death by his father, Donald Struve. Donations can be made in Robert’s name to Western Humane Animal Society, 1000 Empire Dr., Lake Havasu City, AZ 86404.
