She was born on October 21, 1934 in Stewart, Oklahoma. Lorine was preceded in death by her Mother Evie Rackley, Father John Wesley Rackley, Sister – Corine Sikes and Brothers – Bill and Johnny Dale Rackley. Lorine is survived by her Husband – Archie Hale, Sons – David, Dennis, Chic and Jerry, Daughter – Debbie, 15 Grandchildren, 20 Great-Grandchildren and Siblings– Geneva, Linda, Cathy, Carol, Annie and Rick. Services will be held on Friday, March 8, 2013 at Messinger Payson Mortuary – 901 S. Westerly Rd Payson, AZ. Visitation will be held at 12 PM with the Funeral Services following at 1 PM.
