The Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona, Monday, March 04, 2013 Jesse V. Buttrill, aka Tex Buttrill, 88 years of age, born May 29, 1924, in Bronte, Texas, passed away Feb. 24, 2013, in Prescott, Ariz. He is survived by his wife Margaret Tarlton-Buttrill of 12 years; her family, Kathleen and Robert Filler, Susie and Jeff Siereveld, Pamela Buttrill-DeHart and Phil DeHart of Prescott Valley, Ariz.; many grandchildren and great grandchildren; daughter Lisa Wilson of Tucson, Ariz.,; son Greg and Helen Buttrill of San Antonio, Texas; sister Joy and Pete Gooding; and nieces and nephews of Del Rio, Texas. A Celebration of his life will be at 11 a.m. on Friday, March 22, 2013, at Emmanuel Lutheran Church, 7763 E. Long Look Drive, Prescott Valley, Ariz. with internment to follow at the Prescott National Cemetery, VAMC, 500 Highway 89N, Prescott, Ariz.
