Visitation will be Wednesday at 8 a.m., followed by funeral services at 9 a.m., both at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Winslow. Visitation will be at 8:00 AM in the Relief Society Room. Interment to follow at Desert View Cemetery. Victoria was born in Grand Falls, AZ on March 5, 1948 and entered into Rest in Winslow, AZ on March 1, 2013. She is survived by her son Elmer L. Fowler; sisters Maxine Tisinijinnie & Susie Descheenie; brother Leo Tsinajinnie and 3 grandchildren. Preceded in death by her mother, Charity Tsinijinnie, father Alva Tsinijinnie and brother Leroy Tsinajinnie
