Derral Glenn Warden, a resident of Globe, Ariz., passed away in Mesa, Ariz. on Feb. 27, 2013. He was born on Nov. 2, 1937.
Derral was a Veteran, having served in the Air Force during the Korean War. He was known around Globe as co-owner of the Gila Muffler Shop in Globe and Mesa, Ariz., along with his son, Derral Glen Warden (Skip). Derral was also known as Hot Rod Derral in his Model “A” and was a member of Trinity Baptist Church.
Derral had three sons, Derral Glenn Warden (Skip), of Miami, Ariz., Tim Martin Warden of Wisconsin, and Gary Allen Warden of Wisconsin; and one daughter, Wanda Sue Warden of Williams, Ariz.
Derral also had leaves behind grandchildren, Darrel, Kenneth, Thomas, Timothy, Ryan, Tracy, Lindsay, Jessie, Heather, Brad and Katie; and 11 great-grandchildren.
Services will be held at 10 a.m. on Saturday, March 9 at Trinity Baptist Church, 1364 S. Hagen Road in Globe, Ariz. Call 928-425-4740.
