Naomi Ann (Hickman) Parrish Born in Rosston, Oklahoma on Sept. 13, 1935. Departed on April 25, 2008 and resided in Surprise, Ariz. Naomi Ann Parrish, age 72, resident of Surprise, Arizona passed away on Friday, April 25, 2008. She was born September 13, 1935 in Rosston, Oklahoma to Sol Francis and Sarah Ellen (Slade) Hickman. Naomi loved sewing; the beautiful creations she leaves behind will be cherished - as was she. Naomi is preceded in death by her sister, Roberta Johnson. She leaves behind her husband of 34 years, William C. Parrish of Surprise, Ariz.; two sons, Gary Bradley of Honolulu, and Micheal Parrish of Goodyear, Ariz.; three daughters, Nancy Hiesinger of Phoenix, Marianne Starret and Christine Parrish, both of Maine; her brother, Van Hickman of Modesto, Calif.; two sisters, Lena Stiffler of Turlock, Calif., and Hazel Gilley of Dodge City, Ks.; as well as, six grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. A Visitation will be held on Wednesday, April 30, 2008 from 5:00 p.m. -7:00 p.m. at Westcott Funeral Home. The Funeral Service will also be held at Westcott Funeral Home and will follow on Wednesday morning, May 1, 2008 at 10:00 a.m. Interment will follow at Valley View Cemetery in Clarkdale.
