Services will be held at 10:30 a.m., Monday, October 17, 2005 at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Alta Mesa Ward, 5620 E. Adobe, Mesa, AZ. 

Visitation will be held 1 hour prior to the services at the church. Arrangements entrusted to Bunker Family University Chapel 480-830-4105.
