Paul A. Jones passed away Saturday, March 9, 2013, in the comfort of his home surrounded by family and friends. Paul was a wonderful father and friend; he is enjoying his eternal peace, again joined up with his loving wife and lifetime companion Margaret. 

Paul was born in Kansas in 1924 and grew up in Needles, Calif., graduating in 1942 and joining the U.S. Navy the same year. After World War II, Paul went to work for the Santa Fe Railroad when they opened the Diesel Facility in Barstow, going on to become the shop superintendent. 

Paul was truly a man of honor. He loved the Colorado River, golfing, baseball and flying. May he rest in peace with Margaret at his side. 

He will be forever missed; I love you, dad.
