Mohave Daily News, Mohave Valey, AZ - Published in Mohave Daily News Online from March 14 to March 22, 2013 - Cameron Mitchell Burnett, age 51, a 31-year resident of Bullhead City, Ariz. died on Monday, March 4, 2013 in Cottonwood, Ariz. after a brief illness. Cameron was born on January 9, 1962 in Ventura, Calif. to Phillip and Lenore Burnett. Cameron graduated from Ventura High School in 1980. He was a gifted singer and dancer to all that knew him in high school. The family moved to Bullhead City, Ariz. in 1981. He met and married Debbie (Hograve) Griffith and became an instant father to Keith Hograve and Cindy (Hograve) Zane. They added to their family with the birth of their daughter, Ciara. Cameron also lived in Lake Havasu City, Ariz. with his partner of 17 years, Thom Entinger. Cameron was well known as a bartender/waiter and was awarded with a trip to Boston, Mass. from Red Robin for sales achievement. Cameron was most proud of his children, his family, and loved his dog, Maisie. He found new life through A.A. He was gifted with artistic talent and a wonderful voice. He was preceded in death by his mother, Lenore Burnett; sister, Carrie Burnett; and his grandparents. He is survived by his daughter, Ciara Fisher; stepdaughters, Cindy Zane and Holly Griffith; stepson, Keith Hograve; father, Phillip Burnett; sisters, Tammi Guerrero of Greeley, Colo., and Kelly Burnett of Novato, Calif.; nieces, Leah and Rachel of Greeley, Colo.; ex-wife Debbie Griffith of Mohave Valley, Ariz.; and numerous family members in Calif. and Ark. Services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, March 15, 2013 at Dimond & Sons Silver Bell Chapel, 2620 Silver Creek Rd., Bullhead City, Ariz. Reception following at Canyon Walk Apartments Clubhouse, 2795 Desert Foothills Drive, Bullhead City, Ariz.
