Griffith Mortuary Kearny, Az. 19 March 2013 Manuel Gonzalez, 84, of Kearny, AZ passed away on Saturday, March 16, 2013 at his home with his family by his side. Manuel was born on July 3, 1928 in Hayden, AZ the son of Pablo and Lucia (Miranda) Gonzalez. Manuel made his home in Kearny since 1958. Manuel enjoyed hunting and fishing, and he love spending time in his garden. Manuel is survived by his wife: Olga Gonzalez; daughters: Nancy (Alfonso) Bentize and Bernice (Leroy) Arguello; grandchildren: Sophia Gonzalez, Frank Manuel Bracamonte, Amanda Huffman, Malena Dorame, Miguel Angel Dorame, LoRoy Paul Arguello, Valerie Arguello, Ruben Anthony Benitez and Felicia Bentize; brothers: Eddie (Josie) Gonzalez and Jerry Gonzalez; sisters: Rachel Romero, Christy (Ramon) Gustalum and Sylvia Nayarez; 18 great grandchildren; 1 great-great grandchild and many nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by two brothers and five sisters. US Army Veteran World War 2. Interment will be at the Mountain View Cemetery in Hayden, Arizona on Saturday 23 March 2013 at 1pm.
