Arizona Daily Sun, Flagstaff, Arizona, Wednesday, March 20, 2013 Richard “Bass” W. Baserman, 63, passed away March 17, 2013 in Mesa, AZ. He was born January 21, 1950 in Johnstown, PA to Barbara and Richard Baserman, who precede him in death. He was a retired corrections officer and belonged to the Way Back Jacks through Northern Arizona University (NAU). He is survived by his significant other, Nellie Trejo; daughter Litisha Cooley; sisters Patricia Jewell and Pamela Baserman; brother Jeffrey Baserman and his grandson Jacob Cooley. A memorial gathering will be held from 5:30pm – 8:00 pm, Wednesday, March 20th at the View Point Golf Resort Clubhouse,8700 E. University Dr, Mesa, AZ 85207.
