He was born May 31, 1941, in Tracy, Minn., to Ann Zitzman and George Marks. David was a son, a father, a husband and a decorated Marine Corps veteran. He retired from Southern California Edison and moved to Kingman 11 years ago. David always had turtles and tortoises as beloved pets his whole life. He loved, cherished and enjoyed all animals. David is home now - no pain, no suffering and resting in the hands of our Lord. The committal will take place at the Punch Bowl in Hawaii with military honors at a later date. There will be a memorial service at 11 a.m. Wednesday, March 20, at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, 3958 N. Bank St.
