Mr. Palacios was born Feb. 4, 1987, in Phoenix to Cesar Palacios and Silvia Martinez. He is survived by his wife, Danielle; one son, Christopher Palacios Jr.; his mother, Silvia Martinez; his father, Cesar Palacios; two brothers, Cesar and Joseph Palacios; and two grandparents, Eddie and Mary Helen Martinez.
