SWAN, Ron

Norvel Owens Mortuary, Flagstaff, Arizona Ron Swan (January 24, 1942 - March 18, 2013) It is with deep sadness that we report the passing of our beloved Ron Swan. A ten month battle with cancer, greatly fought, was lost on March 18. A Flagstaff real estate appraiser for over three decades, Ron worked to live, and live he did. An enemy of foul play, he sought to right discrimination in any of its many forms as well as more subtle unfair practices. He was the consummate team player, whether in family, business or sports play. Life goes by in a moment and with the loss of Ron, a voice of love, support, encouragement, and laughter is forever silenced. In accordance with his wishes, he asked that his grieving family and friends provide support to one another but that no formal services be held.
