Janice K. Baxley, 73, of Cottonwood, AZ Passed away March 21, 2013.
Janice was born August 12, 1939 in Winfield, KS to Frank & Gertrude Custer. She was reared and went to school in Coolidge, AZ. Her warm and affectionate love will be missed by all who knew her.
She is survived by her husband of 54 years, Joe Baxley, sons Jack (Deena) Baxley of Ft. Worth TX, James (Marie) Baxley of Las Vegas, NV, granddaughter Samantha Jo Baxley of Ft Worth, TX, brother Larry (Donna) Custer of Reno, NV, brother in-law Dan (Kay) Baxley of Cave Creek, AZ, numerous nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, grand nieces and nephews and many close special friends.
The family wishes to thank the staff at the UofA Cancer Center for their good work in extending her life some years ago and the Flagstaff Medical Center for the love and dignity provided to her in her final days.
A celebration of life will be held on April 6, 2013 at 2:00PM at the Pine Shadows Clubhouse, 2050 W. State Rte. 89A in Cottonwood, AZ.
