Grayce L Palmer began her new life in Heaven on the night of March 13, 2013.
She was born in Los Angeles, California July 25, 1920. She grew up with sisters (all of whom are deceased) in Hollywood, California.
Her husband, Harry, preceded her in death by 20+ years.
Besides many, many friends, she has one son, Harry (Linda), 2 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
Grayce was known for her great artistic talent. She painted with oils and chalk. There wasn’t anything she couldn’t create with yarn or thread and all to perfection. She made essential oil kits for a multi state business right up until her death.
In the 1960s Grayce was a champion league bowler. For 23 years she loved work at Knotts Berry Farm. Initially she was a cake decorator and then the bakery manager. She had an absolutely fun sense of humor. One could not meet a more humble, unassuming and elegant lady. Grayce considered her genealogy extraction of names her greatest work next to her family.
For more than 20 years she entered more than 20,000 names of people from many countries into the largest genealogical databank in the world. Grayce will continue to live in our hearts.
She is a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.
Her memorial service will be Friday March 29 at noon at the church building on Hombre Street.
