Clarkdale -- Private memorial services for Carol E. GEMMILL, 56, who died Oct. 18, 1979, at Marcus Lawrence Memorial Hospital in Cottonwood, are pending.  Mrs. Gemmill, a New Mexico native, moved to the Verde Valley area in 1959.  She was a housewife.  Survivors include her husband, Richard, a son, James; two daughters, Melanie OSBORNE and Shelley DeWITT, three sisters and six grandchildren.  Published in the Arizona Republic October 20, 1979.
