He was born on June 20, 1934 in Pleasanton, Texas to Caterino Palacio and Anita Soto Palacio. A viewing and Rosary for Pete will take place at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 4 at St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church. Rosary will begin at 7:00 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, April 5 at St. Rose with Rev. Father George Kunnel officiating. Final interment will take place at the Solomon cemetery.
