Olpin Family Mortuary, Pleasant Grove, Utah Carol Ann Elliot Wells Williams May 14, 1928 ~ March 25, 2013 Carol Ann Elliot Wells Williams (84) joined her beloved JD in the eternities on Monday, March 25, 2013. She passed peacefully in her sleep with family surrounding her. Carol was born on May 14, 1928 in Minneapolis, Minnesota to Mary Lois Dick and Wilson Langford Wells. She grew up in Minneapolis, having fond memories of her many days at her family’s cabin in Mille Lacs. Carol moved from the cold weather of the Northeast to the warmth of Mesa, Arizona in 1963, where she raised her 3 children. Carol found the love of her life, JD Williams whom she married in January 1979. After JD’s passing, Carol moved to Pleasant Grove, Utah and enjoyed her “retirement” years there by keeping busy serving a mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints as a Family History Missionary. She also kept herself busy doing extensive family genealogy work, singing in church choirs, and as an active member of the Daughters of the American Revolution. Carol’s strong, determined, outgoing spirit will be missed by all. Carol is survived by her brother, Bill Wells; children, Peter and Betty Johnson, Jennifer Johnson, Sally and Marshall Lambson; step-children Peggy, Sandy, and Karen Williams. Grandchildren, Renee and Brad Soileau, Lyndi and Jonathan Lytle, Bradley and Kim Johnson, Adam Watson, Tasha Johnson, Sean and Ambria Johnson, Lara Watson, Marshanne and Josh Bates, Andrew and Suzy Johnson, Brent and Janelle Lambson, Wilson Johnson, BreAnne Lambson, Samarah Lambson, and Brody Lambson; Great grand-children, Leyla Soileau, Rauri Watson, Sylvia Johnson, Evelyn Johnson, Tayson Bates, Trooper Lambson and Deacon Bates (23 days old). Funeral services will be held Wednesday, March 27, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. in the Pleasant Grove East Stake Center Chapel, 825 South Loader Ave, Pleasant Grove. Family and friends may attend a viewing from 9:30 – 10:45 a.m. prior to the services. Graveside services and Interment will be in the Mesa City Cemetery, Mesa, Arizona, Friday, March 30, 2013.
