LIEBELT, Evelyn Velida

Owens Livingston Mortuary, Show Low, Arizona Evelyn Velida Liebelt May 23, 1917 - March 27, 2013 Evelyn Velida Liebelt, of Taylor, Navajo County, Arizona peacefully passed away on March 27, 2013 at her home in Taylor. She was 95. Evelyn was born to Norwegian Immigrants Carl and Thea (Nilsen) Loken on May 23, 1921 in Brown Township, North Dakota. She grew up and attended school in North Dakota before moving to California where she spent nearly 50 years before moving to Taylor to live with her daughter. Evelyn loved the Senior Center in Snowflake where she met many friends and loved to play games with them. She is survived by her daughter, Sharon and Robert Devin of Taylor, Arizona; son, Kenneth Leebelt of Washington; 20 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren and a sister, Helen Peterson of Oregon. She was preceded in death by her husband, Erven 2 brothers and 3 sisters. Memorial services will be held at a later date.
