Dawn Renee Stafford, 64, of Buckeye died March 27, 2013, in Goodyear.

She is survived by her husband, Richard "Art" Stafford; one daughter, Kimberly; and two sons, Nathan and Eric Stafford. 

Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. April 4 at Green Acres Mortuary, 401 N. Hayden Road in Scottsdale. Funeral services will be at 12:30 p.m. April 5 at the 1st Ward, Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 25800 W. Southern Ave. in Buckeye. 

Interment will be at 3 p.m. at Green Acres Memorial Gardens, 401 N. Hayden Road in Scottsdale. 

Memorials can be made to Hospice of the Valley, 1510 E. Flower St., Phoenix, AZ 85014.
