YBARRA, Charles Foster

West Valley View, Avondale, Arizona, Friday, March 29, 2013 Charles Foster Ybarra, 66, of Phoenix and formerly of Avondale died March 16, 2013, in Phoenix. Mr. Ybarra was born May 22, 1946, in Tolleson. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Gloria M. Ybarra. He is survived by his wife, Angelina Ortega; two daughters, Adriana V. DeLorenzo and Anna-Liza M. Ybarra; one son, Carlos S. Ybarra; two sisters, Rosie Ybarra and Yolanda Ybarra; two brothers, Leoncio Ybarra of Colorado and Joseph Ybarra; and six grandchildren. Services were held March 22 at La Paz Funeral Home in Phoenix. Burial was held March 23 at Holy Cross Cemetery in Avondale.
