Today's News-Herald, Lake Havasu City, AZ - Posted: Wednesday, March 27, 2013 - Elsie Osinski January 9, 1925 — March 18, 2013 Elsie Osinski, 88, passed away on Monday, March 18, 2013 in Lake Havasu City. She was born on January 9, 1925 in Max, Minn., to Joseph and Catherine Ondracek. Elsie went to be with her Lord, not because of all the good works she did, but because of her faith in Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior. She loved working on crafts. She donated a lot of time and effort as an Optimist Club member (where she was past President) and one of her biggest joys was helping serve the youth at the Fall fun fair. Elsie made quilts for the Vets at Prescott Nursing Home and she loved to cook and shared her special meals with family and friends. She will live in our hearts forever. Elsie is survived by her sons, Joseph (Peggy) Osinski and George (Judy) Ondracek; brother, Ernie Ondracek; step-daughter, Mae Ondracek; grandsons, Jason, Joseph II and Jordan Osinski; granddaughters, Linda Osinski, Teri Ondracek and Tina Johnson; great grandsons, Aaron and Enrique Osinski; great granddaughters, Gabriella Osinski and Kayla Johnson. She was preceded in death by her husband, Frank Osinski and brother, Joseph Ondracek. Memorial service will be held at 11:00 AM on Friday, April 1, 2013, at Our Savior Lutheran Church with Pastor Saari officiating.
