Marvin Kenneth Howard
Marvin K. Howard, 65, passed away at Havasu Regional Medical Center on Monday, June 13, 2005. He was born on June 19, 1939 in Chaffee, Missouri to Vernon and Esther Howard.
Marvin went to school in Bernie, Missouri up until the time he met and married an Arkansas Honey. They were wed in the city of Perma, Missouri. Though the family began in Missouri, Marvin relocated his family to California, where he began to excel in the field of salesmanship, an area where he was truly gifted. He first began in the area of Car Sales with the Ford Motor Company, then later built and created his own roofing Business, being ever mindful to become the best bread winner for his family that he could possibly be.
Marvin then relocated his family once more to the State of Arizona in the City of Lake Havasu, 19 years ago, where he continued to excel in his talent and provide for his family and became very successful in doing so. His attention to detail, making sure every job met his professional specifications, afforded him the honor of knowing he never bid a job that he did not sell for trust and respect, which were his constant companions.
Marvin enjoyed watching his Atlanta Braves play baseball, especially when they won. His greatest passion was fishing and enjoying his catch. His other hobbies included, Playing casino poker and kicking butt on the pool table, for he was truly a good pool player. Even if you were to take the time to masterfully compile eloquent words and you combine them together in great poetic verses using rhythm and rhyme artistically, they simply would not begin to properly honor and describe the man...Mr. Marvin Howard. He was a trustworthy and loving husband who protected and provided for his Little Arkansas Honey...Mrs. Shirley Jean Howard, his wife of 47 years and always honoring her in all he did. Marvin was the supreme example of a loving and caring father, grandfather and great grandfather as well as a respectful and trustworthy friend to all that he met. Marvin was a true friend to all and was a stranger to none. When Marvin made an appointment with you, telling you he would be somewhere at a certain time, you could take that to the bank, for he was always a man of his word. There are many things as well as people that life considers to be replaceable, Marvin is not this sort of person, for he truly was cut from a different belt of cloth, a unique and genuine man, totally and completely irreplaceable, because of who he was, those that came in contact with him, there lives were enriched and to put it plainly, Mr. Marvin was real!!!
Marvin shall be forever missed by everyone and truly never ever forgotten, for he was always upbeat and positive and Marvin looked on the bright side of life and for the good in everyone.
"Now as you, Sir, enter into your rest, may the peace that possesses all understanding, guard our hearts and minds as we endure this time of enormous loss. Many blessings upon you Marv for you truly were a blessing upon many".
GRACE........PEACE...................AND LOVE
