Arizona Ruffner Wakelin Funeral Home, Prescott, Arizona Henry David Obler Henry died Wednesday, March 27, 2013 at Peaceful Valley Care Center in Prescott, Arizona. He was born in Berlin, Germany in 1926 to Salomon and Rose Oberschmuckler. Henry was 86 years old. Henry was a member of Phi Beta Kappa Societ, and Pi Tau Sigma. He was an avid tennis player and played at the Goddard Tennis Club, Prescott Racquet Club and enjoyed Duplicate Bridge. He was most proud of his sports awards and being an American citizen. Henry is survived by his children; David Obler of Laurel, MD, Diane van Elburg-Obler of Ellicott City, MD, grandchildren; Topaz, Eric, Sonja, Kevin, Rachel, great grandchildren; Cedar and Sage. Niche side service will take place at the Prescott National Cemetery at a later date to be announced.
