Arizona Ruffner Wakelin Funeral Home, Prescott, Arizona Theda Miramontes May 5, 1926 ~ March 29, 2013 Theda Vern Caldwell (Wills, Brookshire) Miramontes born May 5th, 1926 in Cushing, Oklahoma migrated to Phoenix Metro area as a young woman with a her new daughter, Larriane Lou. Her sons, Ronald Glenn and Stanely Oren Brookshire were born there. After her children were grown she lived many years in Oregon, returning to Arizona and settling in Dewey with her husband Nabor Miramontes. Early in the morning on March 29, 2013 she lost her long battle with Alzheimer's, passing away quietly in her home. As well as her husband and children, she will be missed by her eight grandchildren, nineteen great grandchildren, and twelve great, great grandchildren. Her love of her family will always be remembered. She will rest in peace at the Pioneer Cemetery; the ravages of a cruel disease are no longer torturing her. Visitation is from 4-6 pm Friday, April 5, 2013 at the Arizona Wakelin Bradshaw Chapel, corner of Navajo and Valley Rd in Prescott Valley. The graveside service is at 1pm Saturday, April 6, 2013 at the Arizona Pioneer Home Cemetery on Iron Springs Rd. in Prescott.
