The Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona, Thursday, April 04, 2013 David A. Will, born Dec. 29, 1938, in Whittier, Calif., passed away April 3, 2013, in Prescott, Ariz. Services will be 10 a.m. April 10, 2013, at Hampton Funeral Home, 240 S. Cortez St., Prescott. Arrangements by Hampton Funeral Home. ~~~~~~~~ The Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona, Saturday, April 06, 2013 David A. Will, born Dec. 29, 1938, in Whittier, Calif., passed away April 3, 2013. He moved to Prescott, Ariz., in 1947. He attended Lincoln School and lived at Pine Lawn Trailer Court until the family bought a house on what is now Dameron Drive. The Wills then built a home on Cherokee Road in 1954, where Dave resided at his passing. Dave graduated from Prescott High School in 1956 and Northern Arizona University in 1961. He taught for two years in Oakland, Calif. He returned to the University of Colorado at Fort Collins and received a degree in speech pathology. He then moved to Visalia, Calif., and practiced speech pathology for the California school systems. Dave went into private practice, from which he retired. He was affiliated with the Shrine of Ages Choir at NAU, Prescott Antique Auto Club, OLLI at Yavapai College, was a 3-year alumni board member at NAU and was instrumental in the V12 Program at NAU. Dave loved his Harley Davidson Road King. He is survived by his son Michael; daughter Michelle; and three grandchildren. Services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday, April 10, 2013, at Hampton Funeral Home, 240 S. Cortez St., Prescott, Ariz. The family requests donations to the NAU Alumni Fund.
