Kingman Daily Miner, Kingman, AZ - Published on April 2, 2013 - Charlyne Coker-Peck was born in Sigourney, Iowa, on May 9, 1942, and went to be with the Lord Jesus Christ in Glory on Saturday, March 30, 2013. At the time of her passing she was 70 years young. She was married to Jerald DeWayne Coker in 1959 and divorced in 1977. She has one surviving son, John C. Coker, and daughter-in-law, Vicky Coker; and one son who is deceased, Robert Greg Coker. She has one brother, Frank Eakins; one sister-in-law, Lynda Eakins; one sister, Sharon Barnes; and a pile of grandkids. Also, she has a bunch of nieces and nephews as well as cousins, aunts and uncles. She also is survived by stepchildren, whom she loved as her own. She was married to Herbert Peck in 1985 and was widowed in October of 2008. Charlyne attended Buckeye High School and graduated as valedictorian of her class. She worked and retired as an Allstate Insurance agent. She (Mom) will be missed very much. Memorial services will be at 2:30 p.m. Thursday, April 4, at Sutton Memorial Funeral Home, 1701 Sycamore Ave. We will have food and fellowship following the memorial service at 843 S. Desert Canyon Way, Kingman. Everyone is welcome.
